Epoxy Terrazzo
Epoxy terrazzo is a composite material poured in place or precast, which is used for floor and all treatments. It consists of marble, quartz, granite, glass or other suitable chips, sprinkled or unsprinkled, and poured with an epoxy. Terrazzo is cured, ground and polished to a smooth surface or otherwise finished to produce a uniformly textured surface.

Joint Systems
Without an effective joint system in place, your seamless flooring system may not be as successful as planned. CTS offers various types of joint systems including mildly chemical resistant flexible and rigid material to highly chemical-resistant viton caulks that can stand up to the most aggressive chemicals.
Methyl Methacrylate (MMA)
Key Resin MMA products are made of 100 percent reactive methyl methacrylate resin. Key Resin MMA is a two component acrylate resin which is free of thinner and cures very rapidly in a chemical reaction. Advantages of MMA flooring include the ability to walk, drive or install machinery on it just hours after application, it is chemically resistant, can be applied in temperatures below zero, and is available in non-slip or smooth textures.

Polymer Concrete/Pump Grouts
Vibration is a key factor in the maintenance of pumps and other rotating equipment. Epoxy grouting of pump baseplates provides a chemically resistant pump pad that dampens vibration eight times that of concrete, thirty times that of steel and in turn reduces alignment problems and premature failure. Effective dampening reduces pump-shaft vibrations caused by resonance. It also helps to absorb shock loads and reduce startup vibrations. The end result is a significant increase in the mean time between failures, reduced maintenance expenses, and longer life for mechanical seals and bearings.
